Workforce GEDSI Gap Analysis Questionnaire

For DisCos, DER Developers, Energy Training Institutions and Policymakers.

Conducted by: APWEN, Nigeria in partnership with Glasgow Caledonian University.

Purpose: This questionnaire is part of a UK-PACT (Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transition) funded study aimed at understanding institutional readiness to host inclusive training hubs for clean energy transition technologies. Your insights are crucial for understanding the regulatory and policy landscape that influences workforce diversity in the energy sector. This survey aims to identify existing policy frameworks, systemic barriers, and potential solutions that could enhance the participation of women, youth, and persons with disabilities in Nigeria's clean energy transition and ATC&C loss reduction initiatives. The findings will inform the development of evidence-based recommendations for policy reforms that support inclusive workforce development in the energy sector. Your responses will remain confidential and will be used solely for research and policy advocacy purposes.
